Take a printout of this sheet and make payment of the application fee of Rs. 500/- only by online method (using Debit Card, Credit Card or Net Banking through the College Website only). |
The online application will be registered by the College for further processing only after the College receives Bank confirmation of the payment made by you. |
You may check the registration status of the online application after three working days from the date of payment through the College Website. |

1) You need to upload your recent Photo in JPEG format (within 100 KB in size) and Signature in JPEG format (within 40 KB in size). |
2) You also need to upload Mark Sheets up to the last semester/ year in a single PDF document (within 1000 KB). |
3) Keep the scanned photo, signature and the mark sheets (single PDF document) ready while you fill in the form. |
4) Enter name precisely as it appears on your class 10 (X), class 12 (XII) board/council and UG University marksheets. Further, the name must match exactly with your Aadhaar Card. This includes the full spelling, order of your name, and any middle name or initials. Even small discrepancies will lead to technical complications in your registration. |
Hence please ensure that: a) Your full name (first name, middle name, and surname) is spelled exactly the same on all documents (Application Form, Admission Form, Aadhaar Card, class 10 (X), class 12 (XII) board/council and UG University marksheets). b) If there is any mismatch between board/ council marksheets and Aadhar card like a spelling mistake or a discrepancy, inform the office during admissions and you need to get the name corrected in your Aadhaar card by visiting any UIDAI authorised Aadhaar Centre. |
